Ori Kaufman-Gafter serves as Head of International and Tech Banking. She previously served as Leumi USA’s Head of Technology Banking, West Region. Ori leads a team serving hundreds of VC-backed tech companies, investors, and entrepreneurs, as well as international commercial and industrial companies.
Ori has over 15 years of experience in commercial banking, both in Israel and the U.S. Her experience is mostly dedicated to commercial banking and banking for technology companies on various levels including strategy, product developments, and financing. Prior to joining Leumi USA, Ori served in management positions in Leumi Israel within the commercial division.
Ori holds an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University and an MBA with honors from the College of Management. She is a former member of the Israeli Bar Association.
