Robert Maichin is Leumi’s Northeast Market President. Bob joined Leumi in July, 2016 from JPMorgan Chase, where he previously served as Market Executive of the Brooklyn & Queens Middle Market Banking team. In his role as Leumi’s Market President, Bob leads the Northeast Middle Market teams with responsibility for all Middle Market and Healthcare banking activities in the Northeast U.S.
Bob maintains over 27 years of diversified commercial banking experience, all within the New York metropolitan area. At Chase, he oversaw the Brooklyn & Queens Middle Market Banking teams and prior to that served as Executive Director & Division Manager for Middle Market Banking in the Long Island & Queens division.
Prior to his time at Chase, Bob was Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Group in New York. He began his career with European American Bank, where he held several positions in middle market and corporate banking.
